I have a question regarding Compute Cloud Service,

I only want a Compute Cloud Service which used to deploy customer owner application, should the customer must order it along with Block Storage Cloud Service together?

because in my thought,  Compute Cloud Service must order along with Object Storage Cloud Service since the Virtual Image snapshot needs it
