Exporting of Learning Transcripts

Is it possible for learners to download their transcripts?

Good morning,

I was wondering if any one had found of way of enabling learners to export their transcripts to excel? I understand that this can be done via a report for administrators, but I was wondering whether there was a way of learners being able to download their own transcripts?
