Hi experts,

I have approved and locked several periods for our complete entity hierarchy but we've found out an administrator user is still able to load data on that periods/entities. Despite they appear as "Locked" on the Data Status form, the admin user can insert new data and then the status changes to "Impacted". 

Has anyone else experienced this behaviour?
