Hello,

For on boarding tasks for new employees.  we would like to create few tasks that will be sent automatically to the new employee and HR.
I'm using the 'Manage Checklist Templates'. 
I'm adding a task to have the performer - the new employee - update the personal details - 
Action Type  - Application Task - Application type - Personal Details.

How can we have the employee update for example ONLY the phone and home address ? 
meaning - how can we have a task for the employee to
