Cannot Connect to Essbase Server at [ServerName:1423], Network error[10061]

Failed to connect to [ServerName:1423]

Do you want to Connect with Username/password? , Yes/No

Server name listed in the error above is different from that is connected to the SmartView.

When I press Yes and go further, I see the url, with which smart view is connected.

When I connect to a planning db, "Unable to obtain a connection to Hyperion Essbase, If this problem persists, please contact your administrator. "

And Opening the report gives me below error :
