Holiday Schedule is overriding Daily Schedule

When A employee has Daily Schedule from 6 PM to 3 AM and a Holiday -

Example- 

1st Feb - 6 PM to 3 AM (Normal work schedule)

2nd FEB - 6 PM to 3 AM (Normal schedule) AND A National Holiday

In this case when I am trying to fetch employee schedule from TL fast formula, for 1st FEB schedule DBI is returning schedule as 6 PM to 12 AM automatically since 2nd FEB is a holiday. 

How to resolve this issue, How can I get normal schedule start time and end time even if the next day is holiday?
