We have tried to configure the Service Contract. We have done the following things.
1. Create New Contract Type and added the lines as Subscription & Coverage (Only two this available)
2. Configured Pricing Strategy (I am not sure what is the use of it. With the help of SCM /FIN team, we configured it)
3. Create Service Contract
4. Under Line Tab, we tried to pull Coverage & Subscription value.
Let us know where Coverage & Subscription values are pulling from?
And please explain the Oracle folks, how it is coming under CX bucket since most of the items related finance like Bill Plan, Pricing Strategy.
