Analysis giving female managers as a percentage of headcount
Summary
Analysis giving female managers as a percentage of headcountContent
Hi
I've written an analysis that returns the assignment headcount for female managers for my client. The analysis has ended up being fairly complex to use the following identifying criteria for a manager:
1. Manager is on or above a specified grade (Grade H and above)
OR
2. Manager has a grade below the specified grade (Below Grade H), but supervises another employee.
I'm obviously restricting on the employee gender as well.
To return the correct headcount the analysis is based on a union of the two main criteria given above. The second criteria is also filtered on another simple analysis that identifies supervisors.
