Data Erased by Hierarchy Change?

Summary

After adding a roll up to existing members all level 0 data for those members was erased

We added 3 new roll ups to our existing Finance and Facilities cost center hierarchies, 1) Corporate Finance, 2) Facilities - Location, and 3) Site Budgets.  However, after adding these roll up members, all level 0 data for the impacted cost centers (FN6111, FN6115, FN6182, FN6191, FACILITIES INPUT, FN7000, FN7001, FN7020, and FN7021) has been erased from all cubes, scenarios, and versions.  At first I thought it was just an aggregation issue with the new roll ups, but once I drilled in I saw that all data is gone, both from by ASO and BSO cube.
