Area of Responsibility for the Same Department Responsible Person Is

Trying to reduce AOR entry so that Responsibility automatically moves when person moves

Is there a way that I can assign area of Responsibility saying

Scope : Department = "His/Her Own Department from Assignment"

 

This wasy if the person moves it automcatically keeps the responsibility and Data role works fine as security automatically would move too.

Is there any alternate way of doing this so that there is no manual intervention if I want This person to see people in his/her department without having to re-assign AOR if Assignment Changes.
