Custom columns in Workforce Compensation

I am trying to build a report from subject area Compensation - Workforce Compensation Real Time to report on one of the Custom Segment columns in Custom Columns for Worksheet Manager folder which works fine, but everytime I try and pull in a field to identify the Worker it just says no results available. Can anyone help with way to join Worker to these Custom columns?
