Can you change a legal entity from being a legal employer?

Hello!

We have legal entities in our system that are marked yes for Legal Employer but the entity is not a legal employer. I am trying to figure out how I can correct them to remove the check box for Legal Employer? I'm not seeing a way to do this. Any advice? I included a screenshot of what I mean.

Howdy, Stranger!
