People search audit

Ability to run a report to show searches in HCM

I've been asked by the business if it is possible to run a report to show the user logins that have searched for a particular person in HCM.  This does not include changes to the record just searches to view the record.  

Has anyone achieved this auditing capability in the system and if so what are the steps to take?
