load data from PLANNING to FCCS using Data Management

I have an instance of Planning Enterprise and I configured Data Management to load data to a target application of FCCS Enterprise , the process runs smoothly until EXPORT but in the target application (FCCS) the consolidation rule is not executed and does not generate the report from CHECK:
