Few Database metrics are not populating the values

I have tried connecting to Autonomous database with wrong credentials but FailedLogons & FailedConnections metrics values are not reflected. (Other metrics like Sessions, CurrentLogons are polulating the values).

Note: I am using SummarizeMetricsData API to fetch/collect the metric values.
