Routing non-catalogue requests and existing catalogue requests approvals based on time and cost?

Summary

It is possible to use hours and duration as the basis of routing approvals for non-catalog requests and existing catalog requests?

Content

Hi everyone,

I hope you're having a good week.

I am looking to try and route approvals using time and cost. I.e. if a non-catalog item request is longer than 7.5 hours and costs more than 0 then route on a certain basis. I also want to use this rule for requests for existing catalog items.

Is this possible?

Thanks,

Emma
