Change ‘From’ Email Address in Sourcing Notifications

Suppliers receive notification emails when they are invited to negotiations. These emails currently show the workflow URL as ‘From’ email address which is not user friendly. In this post, I will summarize current options for configuring sender's email in supplier invitation notifications.

Oracle Sourcing Cloud sends online and email human workflow notifications to supplier contacts with valid user accounts. For these suppliers, you can configure following human workflow notification properties:

  • From address: For sending notifications
  • Actionable address: For receiving actionable responses
  • Reply to address: For receiving reply notifications

Note: Presently, any changes to human workflow notifications properties impact all human workflow notifications for that domain. For example, if you are using Oracle Financial Cloud and Oracle Procurement Cloud, all human workflow notifications for both these clouds will get impacted due to this change. In a future release, there is plan to provide this ability at a more granular level.
