Hi Team,

I am currently working on an Implementation project for United Kingdom. For UK, there are different types of Shared Parental leaves. I have read all the Oracle documents related to configuration but I am not sure how these Shared Parental leaves work from user's end. Has anyone work on these leave types. PLease provide a insight to these leave types.
