EPBCS Data Management to load into On Prem HFM?

Hello, We are moving on to EPBCS for Planning and Essbase applications but still want to retain on prem HFM. Would like to know if Data Management that's available with EPBCS can be leveraged to perform loads into on prem HFM? If yes, would like to know if anyone has done that and how would we configure our network application on to Cloud? We noticed options for Target Applications as 'Consolidation' under Local but doesn't show up our applications and need to know where do we configure that.
