Plans for Person Management in responsive UX

Summary

The icons from the My Client Groups persona such as Work Structures and Compensation take me to a landing page where I can launch quick actions. Is there a plan for Person Management do be the same?

It would be helpful if Person Management took the user to a landing page where they could see a number of employment related quick actions. This would be consistent with the other work areas such as Work Structures, Compensation, New Person etc. Will it work like this when you retire the classic UI?  See the uploaded screenshots for an example.
