Hi Experts,

 

I have a requirement to validate an employee to avail maternity leave that employee should have worked at least 80 days in last 12 months period.

 

I have written a formula to fetch the working days by using GET_PAY_AVAILABILITY. However, this formula does not exclude the absences taken by the employee.

 

Could you please let me know, how to get the total duration of all absence types availed by the employee during the given period.

So that I can try to use the same.
