19D Web Clock Enhancements

When you're configure the web clock layout, you can now specify whether to use server or device time. If you use device time, you can also specify an allowable difference, if any, between the employee's device time and the server time.

Issue is that I did differ web clock time event for Server time and Device Time.

system consider my Device Time for both cases (Server Time and Device Time)

System show server Time when server time setup is done .

Please suggest.
