    Dear experts,

    I was blocked for weeks, hope someone could give me an advice.

    Currently when selected an XSD in ICS, I'm limited to select the XSD that does not import another schema. It's a known ER# 26257830.  But the source files are from the US government, which used two XSD.

    XSD 1:

    CSEIWO.xsd, it has the definition of most elements.

    XSD 2:

    eIWO.xsd, imports CSEIWO.xsd and extended the definition

    <xs:import namespace="urn:us:gov:hhs:acf:cseiwo" schemaLocation="CSEIWO.xsd"/>

    Source XML:

    It has two namespace "cseiwo" from XSD 1 and "
