    How to set up Course renewable option using Default Assignment rules

    Hi Learning Community,

    We have a requirement to setup a renewable course which will expire on a particular day of the year and the Learners have 365 days to complete / renew the training. Below is the example of the course structure what we want

     

    • Learner 1 completes the course ABC which is expiring on Nov 30th
    • Learner 1 now has to retake the course since its expired on Nov 30th
    • Learner 1 has 365 days to complete / retake the course

    I would like to know how we can setup the default rules to get this requirement satisfied. Looking for your expert guidance on the topic
