When I try to insert the category, the location, the asset key flexfield in ""Manage System Options", I don't find options to insert

Hi,

I need your help to solve an issue with the fixed assets set up. In "Manage System Options" when I try to insert the category, the location, the asset key flexfield, I don't find any option to insert. (See the attachment).

Have you an idea to solve this problem.
