Unable to delete Approved/submitted time cards for one HCM Group

Hi all,

          I am unable to understand one thing. I am unable to delete time cards for one particular HCM Group people but able to delete time cards for other HCM Group people. I don't know which setting is not allowing me to do that. Can you please let me know why this could happen. Is there any setting to enable time card deletion. I am already have correct role. I have Time and Labor Admin as well as Manager roles.
