Cannot update Username in production environment

Hello,
I cannot update User Names after loading workers in the environment.
I have tried to use the User.dat HDL file. The process worked successfully. After that, I have launched the following three schedule processes:
-Send Pending LDAP Requests;
-Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes;
-Import User and Role Application Security Data.
However, User Name didn't change.
How can I solve the issue?
