Background: For one of our client, we are evaluating Oracle Process Cloud Service to assign, route and process reviews of audit reports.

Intention: As reviews will be done by high skilled resources, we would like to ensure that process is continuously improved and optimized.

Requirement: is to be able to capture and analyze following data :

     - how many reviews were performed, by period etc

     - how many reviews were performed by an individual or a group/department

     - what was the average, max, min lead time and at what stage in the process

     - volumetric by by status of the process
