US address values not populating since 19D

US address values not populating since 19DContent
Since release 19D United States address values are not populating and cant search any values ie when hire an employee. In 19C could search and select all address field values as per manage geographies. see attached
No results found in US address search fields and No changes have been made to manage geographies for US. Any ideas ?
