Absence restrictions for every month

Hi All,

We have one requirement about pregnant employees. We want to create new absence type which will have only one absence for one month. If employee wants to enter second absence in one month it shouldn't be allowed. Employees should have only one absence right for every month during their pregnancy. How can we set this option and create new specific absence?
