Greetings users.

I'm new to Cloud Customer Connect. We went live with HCM  (19C) in September of this year. Has a H&S user group been created? If not, I would like to start one. Apparently, H&S in HCM is uncharted territory. I have struggled to find help with my issues such as:

-How to help employees & supervisors see the incident they initiate

-Workflows for assigning incidents

-Suggestions to modify the responsive form (we want it to include more details especially on the vehicle incident tile)

Sorry for the long post and I look forward to your responses.
