Duplicate descriptions across summary vs postable values

Will it cause issues if there are duplicate descriptions on a Summary/Non Postable value vs a Non Summary/Postable value? I've made duplicate descriptions for this situation and it has not affected the publishing of the account hierarchies to essbase but wondering if this affects anything else?
