How to create an ePBCS Sample App (Vision) having data, Forms and BRs etc.?

Hi,

I am trying to create an ePBCS Sample App "Vision". However, it doesn't give me an option "Sample" in the wizard the way it does for PBCS. Enterprise App creation wizard creates a Blank App.

Do we have any other approach or Does Oracle provide any kind of Snapshots that we can use to migrate?

Any help would be Greatly Appreciated.
