Hi,

On customer request, we are verifying if it is possible, in the person profile (Career and Performance > Skills and Qualifications), to set a default view on employee side, in which the content items of each content section are already added, and where the employee has to fill only the other fields of the content section.
Let me give an example to clarify what I mean: we could have, only for example, a "Languages" content section in which the "Language" content item has three elements in the list of values: Italian, English and French. Now the employee, for each known language, has to click on "Add", choose the language and fill the other related fields. What we would like to have is a predefined languages section where there are as many rows as the available languages are (in this case three rows), with the "Language" field alrady filled, so that the employee, for each language (and
