Looking into calculating Employee Attrition Finanical Impact and Headcount ChangeContent
Has anyone done any attition planning in Workforce? In Financial Statement cube? Right now we have a headcount adjustment account and a salary adjustment account and the fixed cost per head and salary cost savings is calculated in a employee benefit savings account which would be net of employee backfills. This works well for us however a few deparrtments have choosen to put some positve numbers in here or not put the heads in workforce as new hires. When they do this it becomes a bit challenging explaining this to HR and getting them to understand the hiring plan...
