Is there any seeded Time Audit report available using BIP/OTBI?

Hi Team,

I am trying to build a report, where we will show the Time audit details like Time Entry - Start date, Absence Type - Previous, Absence Type- Current, Change Audit transaction type(Create,Update,Approved), Transaction Type - Previous Value -Start Time.

If anyone have worked on similar requirements using either BIP/OTBI, could share the inputs with us.
