Error in new UI OTL

Hi, 

Since 19d, OTL in the new UI throws an error when members of different HCM groups attempt to claim time type 'Regular Hours'. All other time types can be claimed by these employees with no issue. 

The error is: An application error has occurred. See incident log for more information. 

java.lang.NullPointerException

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue to this or has any advice on resolution?
