After turning on Responsive UI within the Hire an Employee page Referral information is missing.

Hello, 

After turning on Responsive UI within the Hire an Employee page Referral is missing. I'm not seeing within the HCM Design Studio where I can add it back. Does anyone know if we can include Employee Referral information in the new Hire an Employee pages? 

At this time, I'm only seeing it within Person Management.
