Character code selection

Is there a plan to be able to select the character code.

Currently we can select only utf8 as a character code on Autonomous DB.
Is there a plan to be able to select a character code.

Our current system is encoded by sjis.
So, we need to convert to utf8 before migrating to Autonomous DB.
But, there are large impacts for out application and it will take huge cost to change it for migrating to Autonomous DB.
I hope we can select a character code by ourselves.
