Hello OLC Experts,

I am currently working on building a notification using Alert Composer and I'm hitting a snag that I'm hoping somebody can help with.

The overall aim is to trigger an alert to employees when they have been assigned a course (required assignment) by a learning administrator. At this point, the learner should be able to click on the deep link embedded in the notification, which will redirect them to the course details page, where they can choose from one of several offerings (via "request offering").

The trouble comes when I attempt to use the learningItemDeepLink attribute in my message template. I can get it to work fine, but it redirects the learners to a new page I am unfamiliar with. It's not the typical self-service pages I am used to seeing, where a learner can view the course details and easily select an offering. On this page, I even see a new button ("view enrollment") with the syllabus, learning outcomes, available offerings, etc. laid out differently. It almost looks like a responsive version of the course details/learning item work area. And further, while it looks

Howdy, Stranger!
