Ability to get an FYI notification when employees change their home address via employee self servic

I would like to get an FYI notification when an employee changes their home address in employee self service

I would like to get an FYI notification whenever an employee changes their home address in employee self service.  However, my understanding is that unless the employee also selects the Primary flag, an FYI notification is not possible.   Is the correct or is there a workaround?  Employees are not always great at remember to check the Primary box when entering a new home address in HCM.
