How to add or Remove attachments from Absences using HDL or API

Summary

I can attach the attachments on absence record entry if its enabled.

Content

But I am not able to see a way to attach the fileor remove the file either using API or HDL.

Am I missing something? or this is only allowed online but I cannot attach anything through any of the loader
