Hi

I want to create a Withholding Tax with Tax Jurisdiction with City, using Global Configuration Owner. However, when I want to save the tax, it shows an error:

"This precedence level already exists. Create unique precedence levels for tax jurisdictions that apply to the same tax. (ZX-885139)".

However, when I create Withholding Tax under BU or LE like configuration owner, I can save taxes with this kind of jurisdictions.
