How to Change the Absence Plan Term to Calender year

Hi All,

Currently, we have configured the Absence plan term as the Anniversary but now we want to change the plan term to the Calender year.

We are already going live(Production), Now if I change the Plan term from Anniversary to Calender year, is there any impact?

Can you please help.

I think the Impact will be on the Carryover.
