Hi

 

In Responsive UI, When the worker tries to update the disability info in the Person details page, after selecting the country (United states), does not see the form Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability  Form  CC-305. We are usifg custom employee role. So, any info on the specific privilege or duty role that might give them the ability to view the disclaimer form would be helpful.

 

We currently have the following privileges associated with disability in our custom employee role:

Manage Person Disability by Worker
