Restrict Payroll Time Types available to users

Is it possible to restrict the list of Payroll Time Types on the Time Card

Hi,

We have several Time Card elements appearing on the Time Cards for employees but would like to restrict who can enter them on the Time Card to who they are appropriate for. For instance Grades 1-6 can see and claim Overtime but 7-9 cannot, so Grades 7-9 should not be able to pick them as a Payroll Time Type.

1 option I thought of was the HCM  Groups but creating a group for 7-9 still includes all Payroll Time Types

2nd option was a restriction on the Element Elgibility but those of a Time Card category do no thave many options such as Grade?
