NUX Manage Employment Screen and Approvals

I attended the webex on Monday on NUX, but this questions wasn't addressed.

Background/Current Setup

Our HR Administrators currently use Classic UI and hence the Manage Employment screen to make assignment changes, transfers etc.  These screens fire the "Manage Employment" approval process, and we have approvals configured to send relevant FYIs to appropriate individuals, e.g. LM, HR Business Partner etc.  This includes different routing depending on the action type, and we have all the setup in our approvals configuration and it works great.
