Issue with Member Selection in Smart View webform

While working in a web form, I am performing a task to assign an employee to an open position.  After opening the member selection dialogue box, I enter the employees name in the search file, click the drop down and click "Find Next".  The search only highlights the first member in the list, which is the dimension name "Employee".  I just took a name from the list for a trial and error.  I tried everything from using wildcard * to typing exact case of the member name.  The search is not working.  It is frustrating when you have thousands of
