Missing javascript libraries after Publish.

Summary

Application works fine in Preview mode. When I stage/publish, I get a 404 error when trying to load Javascript libraries.

The application works fine in Preview mode.  Javascript libraries, which were imported into a "resources/js" folder, load fine.  When I stage/publish, the application fails because getting each library results in a 404 error.
