Generic User account for running the EPM Automate Jobs

Hi, 

Is there a possibility to create generic users for running the EPM Automate Jobs which are scheduled on a weekly basis, for eg: Taking backups and restoring on Pre Prod environments. I wanted to know if this has been looked at or implemented in a different manner.
